Hi, I'm Michelle!
I was diagnosed with ADHD halfway through a PhD at Stanford - which means I spent most of my life, including undergrad at Yale, trying every technique in the book to be productive enough to reach my goals. I've helped hundreds of clients learn how to work with their natural working styles (ADHD and all) to boost their productivity without any added stress.
As a former scientist, all of my strategies and recommendations are evidence-based. I combine my coaching experience with the most up-to-date research in learning and productivity science to design customized techniques that keep you on track so you'll finally feel in control.
